Escape to the West Coast : a time of fun, sun, and sea at our 6 sleeper beach villa! Max 6 persons Accommodation Features: NO Parties, No Groups this home is for a family and friends break away - it is not a party house. Comfortable 6 Sleeper HOME (6 Adults or Children - max 2 vehicles - no Garage but free onsite parking). For 2 Vehicles - check in at Security with drivers licence and all details of guests to be provided. Secure estate with restricted access. Guests and vehicles need to be registered with security - No visitors allowed unless special permission by the owner is granted and cleared with the estate beforehand. Our home can accommodate an additional 2 children on mattresses on the floor by special request at additional fee of R150 per child per day payable at the establishment. Pet-friendly(Upon Request additional fee - only clean house trained pet will be considered) - all pet waste and hair needs to be cleaned by owners prior to leaving No pets allowed on our furniture or bedding and no pets allowed in our pool. Splash pool - no cover so please be aware of pool and water safety. Games room for family entertainment (pool table and foosball) Built-in braai for delightful barbecues Smart Tv with Fibre, netflix incl Totally enclosed yard Solar and inverter (power backup) Double kayak - please bring own life jackets Beach access directly in front of house 3 minute walk to the beach Rocky pools for exploration - remember to bring sunscreen, hats and umbrellas.
