We rent the entire house at the bottom that is completly private for the guests. We stay next door so for anything you can ask us.

Property information

Beautifully presented, this glorious home draws you in, from a sun-drenched pool patio to a comfortable sanctuary. Open concept living spaces are finished to high specifications of design and decor with a stylish, kitchen. A generous entertaining room, with built in braai opens to the back patio and garden. The accommodation is light and spacious. Accommodation at the property comprises 1 main house and a separate cottage, which can accommodate up to 7 persons. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 very big room/studio with an indoor braai and a sleeping couch7futon (the futon has to be requested to made into bed and is prepared by default when the booking is for 7 guests) , a fully equipped kitchen and a massive open-plan living area that face the pool and the outside braai. The cottage consists in a big room with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Dogs are not allowed Check-in on the same day of the Reservation is R.5OO extra and if you book the same day of the check-in we cannot guarantee the check-in at h.3pm but it might be a later check-in, we will get in touch straight away to confirm the check-in time. The price listed is for 6 people only therefore any extra people must be communicated so we can prepare the extra bed and is R.500 extra a person a night. Reservation for only 1 night is R.600 extra. If you stay longer than 5 days there is a maid coming at your own expense and that will cost R.400 for the entire day of cleaning. We have a little generator that during Load-shedding will keep the Wi-fi ON. We rent the entire house at the bottom that is completly private for the guests. We stay next door so for anything you can ask us. In the winter months (June, July and August) the pool is closed therefore it can not be used.

Situated in the heart of Kommetjie village and is less than a 1 minute walk from the Ocean and a easy strolling distance to all of the village amenities, restaurants and cafè Nearby attractions: -1 minute walk to Long beach and the local surf spot. -Walking distance to local Cafe and restaurants. -5 minutes drive to Imhoff Farm, this is a must visit during your stay. -10 minutes drive to Long Beach mall and the Virgin Active gym. -10 minutes drive to Noordhoek farm village -25 minutes to Muizenberg and the best place for beginner surfers and kids! -30 minutes to Cape Point -45 minutes to Cape Town City Centre (dependent on traffic) -1 hours drives to Stellenbosch and the Winelands
