Peaceful family home, ideal for business travelers. Close to shopping centres and bus routes. Numerous restaurants and take-away places in close proximity. If golf is your thing, Kingswood is just around the corner, and Fancourt is so close you could throw a rock and hit it!
Note that it IS a home, it IS lived in, and amenities are shared. And the garden service comes in EARLY some mornings!
