Only 30 meters from the sandy white beach of Table View you find this luxurious holiday apartment. Portico 802 offers spacious self-catering accommodation with direct access to the beach. From the balcony of your apartment on the 8th floor you have unspoiled panoramic views of Robben Island , the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain and the city centre of Cape Town. This modern and nicely decorated self-catering apartment accommodates two people. The cosy lounge has a corner couch and flat screen television and the spacious open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a washing machine. A dining table offers space for four persons. The separate bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed. The bathroom has a separate shower and relaxing bath. A glass sliding door lead out to the balcony with stunning views. The apartment has 1 underground parking bay with direct access to the building. Excellent 24hr security with advanced access control to building.
Portico is located on the beachfront of Blouberg and many excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within walking distance of the apartment, which makes this one of the most desirable locations to stay at when visiting the West Coast. Additionally, the beach is at your doorstep, with its magnificent views of Table Mountain. Table View and Blouberg beach are also famous as for the perfect kiting and surf hotspots! The apartment is approximately 20 minutes from Cape Town centre, and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. The Durbanville Wine Route starts just fifteen minutes away, and further a field, the Stellenbosch and Paarl Wine Routes can be reached in 45 minutes.
