Malcolm and Glyn have spent the past 20+ years living and working and travelling throughout Africa (north of the Limpopo) and Europe, with a stint in Kuwait and the US, and a 14 day stay in Haiti.
Not all roses and sunshine! But the last few years spent in AirBnBs and Guesthouses and 7 months in a motorhome, have laid the foundation for our desire to provide comfort and excellence to our fellow travellers. Let us make you smile!

Rietjiesbos Self Catering is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers a pretty garden, a braai/barbeque area under the shady trees and views of the gorgeous mountain. There are 5 guest suites, all with their own private bathroom and kitchenette facilities.
Free off-street parking is available on site, with ample space for your trailers, caravans and boats too!
Guests have access to their very own private open plan suite with en-suite bathroom and well-equipped compact kitchenette. Each guest suite has a little outside seating space. The entire garden area in front of the 5 guest suites and the braai facilities are for the enjoyment of all our guests. Space to find a quiet relaxing corner, or for the little ones to play and work off excess energy! A brand new splash pool is available for all to take a dip or unwind after a busy Karoo day.
We will gladly help with reservations at restaurants nearby. Or provide wood or light the braai for you!
Glyn and Malcolm are available 24/7 during your stay. We live on site, so you're welcome to knock on our door at any time :) All guests will also be given our mobile numbers on arrival.
