Located on a quiet street, the property is fully gated and fenced and there is a live alarm system with 24hr armed response. Fibre optic internet Wi-Fi with uninterrupted power supply provided. The house offers a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/living space. Cozy up around the indoor braai fireplace or get together and grill your favourite meats for a great family dinner. In the living area, enjoy the 55-inch 4K Smart TV with soundbar, or open up the patio doors which lead into the large, fenced garden with stunning mountain views. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances and all the utensils you could need. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy meals at the large dining table, or have a quick bite to eat at the breakfast bar. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one twin room, each containing a wardrobe and side table. The private driveway is gated and offers space for up to 3 vehicles. The picturesque Clarence Drive, joining Gordon’s Bay to Rooi Els is one of the most scenic coastal routes in the world and well worth the drive. Gordon’s Bay is about slowing down, skipping the crowds, and spending quality time exploring one of the best-kept secrets of the Western Cape. Nearby, Strand offers a 5km beach, reputedly one of the safest bathing areas in the country, and has a designated surfing area, with waves suitable for beginners.
