Property info

When the property was purchased, it had been a dilapidated building which had not been resided in for over two years. Having been used as a Bed & Breakfast previously made renovations simpler. We modified the building in order to make it people friendly. All rooms received much needed facelifts, with new wardrobes, cupboards, tiling, lights etc. We changed the lounge into a conference room with seating for 40 comfortably and 50 at a bit of a squeeze. We are also on Full Solar! Reception toilets were added and the bar turned into a comfortable and welcoming reception area. The garden too received a much needed facelift with a water feature and garden furniture installed. The parking area was widened and paved. Municipal water was switched of and we made use of the borehole for drinking water. Not before we installed a state of the art water filter to make sure that guests receive the purest of filtered water. Imagine still water pouring out of your tap. All air conditioners on the property were serviced and new ones installed where needed. Pretty much, this has been an awesome journey from what it was to what it is now. Please come and see for yourself how we have transformed.

We are situated in the quiet and quaint neighbourhood of Clubview. As a low density residential area, Clubview boasts green luscious and beautiful gardens. The nearest shopping center which is about 200m away from our property has eateries, home stores, gym and grocery store. Within the surrounding Clubview area, you can find child friendly cafe's like C'est La Vie, massage spa's like Anneque Beauty Salon & Day Spa & Soul Thai Spa. For a bigger shopping experience, we have Jean Crossing shopping Center and Centurion mall not to far away.
