You will have the Villa completely to yourselves.
The garden and pool area will be cleaned and maintained.
There is a house keeper to clean the rooms and living area on a weekly basics which is included in the price. If preferred for this to be done on a daily basis please request at extra cost. Also as mentioned before breakfast can also be made by the house keeper, this too can be arranged at extra cost.
The neighbourhood is safe and has a neighbourhood watch. The street is a no through road so only residence living here pass by. If you like to hike behind the house is a national reserve and has many paths one can follow. Shops and restaurants are within reach and around the corner is Kalk bay and Simons town. The beach is great for family's with an extra child safe swimming area.
Most practical is to hire a car to be flexible and travel around at ones own pace. But if you do decide to use public transport there is a train station right at the beach that can take you into the city centre. Also taxi services or shuttles to the airport and back can be easily arranged.
