Stylish family home situated in the secure Golf Estate between Pretoria and JHB. Facilities include gym, spa, sport courts and parks. The Space Open plan living area, with striking art. High end kitchen appliances & filtered water. The airconditioned home has a dining room, 2 lounges, study, entertainment area, 4 garages, boma, pool, jacuzzi, DSTV and gym equipment. 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (4th with a separate entrance). No loadshedding Invertor& Gas stove.
I am mother of one and a lawyer, who loves music festivals, reading, travelling and going to the beach. My favourite travel destinations are Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Ballito in Durban. I enjoy good company and love hosting family and friends. My favourite quote from my late mom is “Common sense is not common.” I cannot do without family, coffee and exercise. I enjoyed running marathons, New York marathon was my last due to knee injuries.
The Property is located in the secure, tranquil and prestigious Blue Valley Golf Estate in Midrand. The amenities include the clubhouse, golf driving range and practise facilities, fitness centre, spa, tennis & basketball courts, 6 a side soccer field, convenience store and many parks. The parking for 4 vehicles in the locked garages but there is additional space for more cars on the driveway. The Estate has free taxies to ferry passengers within the Estate. The area has UBER and BOLT services.
