There is a R600 admin fee and a R1000 refundable breakage deposit not included in the rate per night. See Uitsig 16 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Uvongo. The complex is within close proximity to Uvongo Beach. This first floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath and ceiling fan. The second , bedroom, with a loose standing fan, is equipped with a double bed, and a bunk bed for 2 children and has access to the second bathroom, which has a shower. The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and other appliances to use. The adjacent lounge, with a celing fan, features a TV with DStv connection, so guests can bring their own DStv decoder and a smart card; Explora decoders are not compatible though. The living area leads out to a small balcony, which out door furniture, has a built-in braai area for guests to use. No sea view . The complex also features a communal swimming pool, and secure undercover parking for 1 car only .
