Tranquil, quiet getaway. Peaceful and safe surrounds in a secure complex.
Melkbosstrand is a quint town. House is within walking distance (900m) from the beach, for surfing, Kayaking, fishing and swimming. It is within walking distance from shopping center and MiCity Bus into Cape Town central.
