This new pet friendly stylish listing is just 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from world renowned Blouberg beach. Sunny and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and uninterrupted solar power - ideal for digital nomads. Situated in safe quiet area, Bayside and Table View malls are within walking distance and Table Bay and Century City within 15 minutes drive. The local “MyCiti” bus, is a short walk away with a direct service to Cape Town. A pool, in a shared area, is available.
Parking is on the premises, which is in a safe area. My Citibus is about 5 - 10 minutes walk away. This is a public bus service.
