Situated on a quiet cul de sac conveniently located in the heart of the valley in close proximity to the beautiful beaches of Noordhoek, Kommetjie and Fish Hoek with a patio that boasts beautiful sunset views . The home is located above our family home and has its own private entrance and secure off-street parking.
