Stunning 1-bedroom apartment in a secure hotel-apartment complex. Beautiful views of the sea and Table Mountain, with spectacular sunsets, from the patio. Beach and restaurants are 50m away from entry & exit gate. The apartment comes fully equipped with kitchen, lounge, en-suite bathroom and patio area. Other amenities include free: Wi-Fi, cable, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, BBQ grills, an outdoor dining area, laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers, and free and secure parking. There is a Non-Smoking policy inside the entire apartment block, but there is designated Smoking areas.
