Enjoy a stylish experience in this sun-drenched centrally-located apartment boasting spectacular ocean views from all living areas. Open plan kitchen with lounge and dining-space (2-seater). Spacious bedroom with separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Featuring smart TV, Wi-Fi and well equipped, including bath and beach towels. Living areas fitted with ceiling fans. Full backup power excluding wet appliances. All streaming services accessible using on account login details. There is a lift in the building, however, it does not work during power outages, apartment is then only accessible via stairs. Single covered parking bay on-site. This accommodation is strictly no-smoking.
