The Block is newly built property situated on a 3 hectar small holding overlooking Island Lake and an equestrian farm. Close enough to the sea to hear the waves crash and at the foot of the hill leading up to the idyllic Hoekwil Village.
We are a small family of four part of a large family so hosting and entertaining is second nature. We love to share the privilege of staying so close to nature on this special piece of land.
The property is adjacent to a protected forest where one can embark on the Kingfisher Hiking trail. It's across Island Lake where one can swim an spend the day fishing and playing on the water. 1km away from Ebb and Flow and down the road from Hoekwil. 10 min drive from Wilderness Beach and Wilderness Central boasting a grocery store, many restaurants and coffee shops and other amenities.
