Newly built villa and fully equipped in 2021, on 2 floors with large outdoor area,1100 sqm and 180° panoramic view over the BLUE Indian Ocean. Modern style on spacious 330 sqm with open plan living, dining area, open plan kitchen (cooking with sea view), 3 bedrooms with sea view and ensuite bathrooms. Very quiet location in a gated community, surrounded by one of the best golf courses in the world, multiple award winning: Pinnacle Point Beach & Golf Resort. Situated midway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth on the Garden Route. Perfect holiday destination for all long-term holidaymakers, weekend tourists, golfers and round-trippers.
