Additional Guests/visitors not permitted in the apartment. - Located in the heart of Umhlanga on the Ridge - Walking distance to Gateway and a few KM from Umhlanga Beach - 24 hour security guard - Green rated estate - Communal clubhouse and pool - Coffee shop - Work hub - Access to Park Square - Access to Gateway - No Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events - This is not a serviced apartment. We offer a complimentary cleaning once a week if your stay is for more than 7 days. - The apartment is self-catering. To help get you started we provide you with a small quantity of tea, coffee and sugar, as well as some hand soap and shower gel, sunlight liquid and a lined kitchen bin. One new roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We will replenish these once a week if your stay is for longer than 7 days. - Load shedding (Blackouts occur throughout South Africa at different times and are controlled by Eskom) You may have electricity, but we may not. This could negatively impact on our response time. The apartment building you are staying at does not provide a generator.
