A Heritage building from 1960 that combines classic charm with newly renovated modern interior is a rare gem. Plus being within walking distance of Paarl Boys High and Paarl Girls High makes it ideal for families. Beautiful vista with mountain view as you are in Paarl.

For your everyday essentials, two pharmacies are conveniently located nearby—one directly across the street and another on our side.
