Self catering apartment in Ramsgate, South Coast, KZN. Set in tranquil surroundings only 50m from Southbroom beach and lagoon. This spacious, tiled, well furnished 2nd floor unit consists of 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King size bed and the two other bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Towels and linen will be supplied. Air conditioner in main bedroom otherwise fans throughout. Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and dry yard with washing line. Lounge with flat screen tv, dvd and dstv available, leading onto furnished patio with built-in-stainless steel braai. Stairs from patio lead down into garden with fenced pool and communal braai area. Separate dining area.Wifi recently installed.Inverter fitted to operate fridge,lights and fans during loadshedding There are 2 lock up park bays (marked 9+10) available and the complex is secure with electric fencing and electronic gates. Restaurant about 300m away. Airport about 15km away. Boat trips/canoeing, fishing, golf and hiking all less than 5km away. everything on your doorstep!
