A Heritage building from 1960 that combines classic charm with newly renovated modern interior is a rare gem. Plus being within walking distance of Paarl Boys High and Paarl Girls High makes it ideal for families. Beautiful vista with mountain view as you are in Paarl.

Our community is a hidden gem, brimming with charm and convenience, and adorned with stunning heritage architecture. Everything you desire is just a leisurely walk away! Savor a diverse array of dining experiences, featuring Bossa Nova, Jackson and Black, and Hennies', all just moments from your doorstep. For your everyday essentials, two pharmacies are conveniently located nearby—one directly across the street and another on our side. Kickstart your day with a delightful cup of coffee from one of the two cafes located right at the base of our building. Additionally, Quick Spar, a handy store, is conveniently situated across the road for all your necessities.
