DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking Loadshedding: This property is off the grid and uses solar power. Guests are therefore advised to use the power responsibly during their stay. Cleaning We provide guests who book for 4 days or more with 1 complimentary clean on a weekday (excluding Public Holidays). Additional cleaning can be arranged at R350 per day subject to availability (Sundays and Public Holidays are double the rate). Additional cleans on a weekend will require guests to collect and drop off the cleaner at the estate gate as there is no staff transport available on weekends. Late check-ins In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. Documentation and processes We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 Rental rules No visitors are permitted. No parties, functions, or events. No smoking inside the house. No hubbly bubbly permitted at all. Use of the swimming pool must be arranged prior to your stay. No children allowed.
