Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:

• Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.)

• Drunken disorderly behaviour

• Noise Disturbance / loud music

• No Matric Rage bookings

All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details.

Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.
