This modestly decorated, 2 bedroom, budget friendly apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs. It is at the level of the tree tops. It offers private undercover parking for one car but there is extra parking on site. As you walk in you are greeted by an open plan living area, leading you onto a small veranda with distant sea and pool views. The main bedroom has an open plan bathroom. Suitable for a family of 5. Basic kitchen utensils are provided. The swimming pool below is shared by the 2nd unit on site. Pets are welcome here but not more than 2 small pets, they can be walked in the downstairs garden area. The property is located on a main road, taking you straight to the beach. The walk to the beach is possible, bearing in mind coming back to the property will be uphill so a bit of a challenge for the more fit and energetic! There is a portable braai which can be used on the veranda. Upstairs Apartment is well situated and a quick drive to the main shopping centers, local attractions and the beach.
With our gorgeous ocean just 800 meters away, enjoy a leisurely stroll or fitness jog along the 2,5 km promenade that runs along the wide range of swimming options - from large sandy beaches, to small wheelchair accessible patch, to natural rock pools, to areas frequented for their huge wild waves by our attractive and adventurous surfers. The district of Ballito and one-day excursion destinations offer wildlife viewing, animal farm, frequent evening markets with picnic facilities or purchased eats and drinks and lovely live music etc. For the little ones, go for a 15min drive to the best animal farm 'Flag Animal Farm' in Sheffield Beach, they will love you for it! And then of course you must visit 'Sage Cafe & Deli' in Foxhill, there is a huge jungle gym for the kids to enjoy, just 5km from the farm!
