Brand new fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom, both ensuite, at the iconic ellipse development. Each bedroom opening up onto the large private patio. The modern kitchen has built-in SMEG appliances and Caesarstone countertops. Open plan living area which also opens up onto the large patio with great views. Patio fitted with an outdoor lounge suite for four people to enjoy. The apartment features air-conditioning throughout, free WiFi, free streaming TV with both movies and TV series on demand, live TV channels from many countries in the world including, USA, UK, South Africa, most of Europe to name but a few. The apartment also offers a comfy lounge sitting area, ironing facilities, and ensuite bathrooms offer free amenities. Ellipse Waterfall also includes 24HR security and CCTV, secure basement parking for two cars, generator back-up power & water back-up. Situated within walking distance from the Mall of Africa and the Netcare hospital. Only minutes away you will find the Gautrain connecting you to Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. The apartment is also in close proximity to popular landmarks in the Midrand Area.

The area is safe and secure. You are able to walk around outside and even there is a walking and cycling track to enjoy.
