Whale Away Guest House is a four-star guest house facing Walkerbay and the cliff path. It is located just 5 minutes' walk from restaurants, the centre of Hermanus and 3 minutes' drive from the beach. Whale Away Guest House offers five elegantly furnished guest rooms. There are a variety of coffee shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the property, while Grotto Beach is within a 3-minute drive. The property is a mere stroll from the Hermanus cliff path which offers unspoilt views of the bay and Overberg Mountain Range. There are a number of outdoor activities available, including shark cage diving, golfing, boat trips and wine tasting. Southern Right Whales can frequently be seen from the guesthouse between June and December. After a day of exploring the region, guest can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool. Whale Away Guest House is 120 km from Cape Town and on the scenic route between Cape Town and the Garden Route.
