Newly developed, modern units, a mix of one- and two-bedroom duplex flats located in the lush green suburbs of Roma. All flats are fabulously furnished for your comfort and convenience with top-of-the-line appliances and fully serviced with daily cleaning. Enjoy your airconditioned private space or take a break in your own private garden. You can enjoy a cool swim in the pool after a long day or a workout in the cardio fitness studio.
This property has 24-hour security, WIFI enabled cameras and other security measures such as back up alarms and a perimeter electric fence. It also comes with a 24-hour manned reception for guests. Laundry Services and all amenities are included. In the odd case of a power outage our 150kva generator sufficient to cater to the complete power back needs of the property.
