Location, Staffs and Service from Front desk agent to HK and Security. Su lee( Mianmar) From Reception she was so helpful including giving local information and Was help full move from twin room to King Bed, HK staff Birandra was so professional and he cleaned the room deeply during Make up room and noticed what I preferred and changed the linens and set it up room as I anticipated it was near clean when I was back from meeting. And security staff Ali Saer ( Name Wrong spelled I think) was so professional he was helping me to find the cab and I forgot my Jacket in the lobby, he spent hours in CCTV to track the coat belongs to who and found the room and delivered was amazing I was experienced world class service at IBIS Alrigga this will be my best IBIS property
