Great staff who were cheerful and professional! We really appreciated the reception for helping us getting to our room early after our tiring journey. This property is also good value for one which is so close to the CBD and shopping areas.

I didn't go to the restaurant but the room was really nice and clean. It's very close to the airport and the $12 shuttle is very helpful. I didn't find many restaurants around the hotel but I loved the location anyway. The staff were awesome a d very helpful.

Excellent location, Comfy bed and shower! Close to everything and early check in available

I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are attending an event in Accor stadium. Myself and my friend stayed for the first night of Taylor swifts eras tour, and were beyond impressed by the hotel and its staff. In particular, angelique and bianca on the front of house, who looked after us during check in. We arrived at 8am off a red eye flight from Perth, with official check in not until 3pm. Straight away they assured us that every effort would be made to get us into our room as soon as possible, and at 12pm on the dot we were able to access our room for a much needed pre concert nap. No extra charge was asked for and it was clear that they along with all the other staff really wanted to make our stay and concert experience as good as possible. The whole atmosphere in the hotel was beyond welcoming, with Taylor swift music playing throughout our stay in the lobby. Other hotels I’ve been to for concerts have never been as on board as Ibis Olympic park. Overall we would book to stay here again in a heartbeat should we ever attend another event in Accor stadium.

The location is excellent, as arriving from the North, we did not have to cross the city, we could leave the car at the hotel for $5 for a day and travel by train to the city and come back. The train station is a 5-minute walk, it is convenient.
