SpainOne name: YOLANDA.
She was the receptionist that received us when we arrived. She gave us an EXCEPTIONAL service and was always friendly, helpful and attentive.
She made us feel as though we were staying in a five-diamond hotel with that kind of service and closeness.
And also: she speaks Spanish!
We checked-in at 11:30, were quickly taken to our rooms and were perfectly explained all about the works of the hotel and the breakfast (which was great, diverse and affordable at 15€ per person).
An anecdote from the first breakfast we had:
My family was already having breakfast, so I went downstairs to the reception, Yolanda just saw me coming in and, without me saying a single word, she knew I was looking for the breakfast room and told me with a smile: "Down the hallway to the left!" and it was amazing.
When we checked-out, Yolanda kindly accepted our request to leave our luggage at the hotel while we enjoyed our last day in the city (as our flight departed at 19:00).
The rooms were comfortable, just good enough to sleep comfortably (which was what we wanted, as we would spend the whole day out). They were clean, and cozy.
The bathroom, although a little small, had all that we needed and also had a dedicated heater that turns itself off when it reaches the desired temperature (you can set it by turning the knob it has).
The beds were good enough, the blankets were great as they kept us perfectly warm during the night and so were the pillows.
The location was on point for the price.
Just a 3 minute walk from the central train station and 20 minute walk to the very center of the city (Marienplatz), for which you could also take the tram and be there in 9 minutes from the central train station.
There were many restaurants close by, stores, banks... All that you needed you had it in a 5-minute-walk radius.
All this goes to say we are very happy with our stay in this hotel and definitely recommend it.
