Wi-Fi is free throughout. The staff in this hotel is amazing. Friendly and forward without exception. They carry this hotel. Good beds.

It offers free parking and spacious rooms with Wi-Fi access. If you are ever lucky enough to check in and be greeted by Emma you are sure to have an enjoyable stay. Ibis got Lucky when they hired Emma!

- The location is very central one block away from Ponte Vecchio but in a bit calmer street. - airconditioning. Although it has a button next to the bed to turn it off which the host didn’t tell me so I thought the airco didn’t work at first :’) - The space is okay. Being a cheaper accommodation (compared to other apartments in Florence!!) it’s what you can expect!

Great location in a quiet residential area, but close to the train station and city centre. The rooftop is amazing, staff was super friendly and I'd recommend for anyone travelling on a budget.

The double room was very clean, big and the bed was comfortable. It was certainly budget accommodation in Florence but totally fine if you’re not looking for anything special. The actual hotel is just 1 apartment that’s inside a larger apartment building.

near airport and cheap shuttle, it has a very comfortable bar, walking distance from trans, but not to convenient to site seeing. staff amazing.

It was very cheap and simple in the best way possible. Straight-forward, clean and central in the city. You can also keep cool quite well in the rooms. Perfect for budget traveling!
