The location is excellent. It is within walking distance from Como Lago station, yet the area is quiet. There is access to a common area with a washing machine and hangers. We had some questions concerning the air conditioning, and the people responded promptly and efficiently. There is a Carrefour Express nearby, and there is a market within a five-minute walk and a bigger and cheaper supermarket (Esselunga) at about 900 m.

Apartment is in amazing historical building and above expectations. Short walk to the old town. The owner is very kind, patient and helpful, hostess too, and prepares breakfast according to wishes. We are delighted with everything.

The ospitality of the staff was excellent. I was amazed by how they handled one of my requests.I had a room for one person. Everything was clean. Every day, they cleaned up. The food at the restaurant was very good. They don't have shower gel or shampoo, but this wasn't a problem, as I knew it from other reviews. I really recommend the hotel for a low-budget trip.

The property location was great in a small authentic town. Easy to get to the popular villages. Liked the village better than Como. Wasn't the cleanest hostels however was good for the price point as very cheap. Was very satisfied with my stay.

Hospitality was wonderful. The owners were warm, friendly, and accommodating. It was clean with a shared bathroom, which wasn't an issue for me. Its location is approx 15mins to the lake by bus, easy to navigate and cheap. If you are just looking for a clean and tidy place for a couple of nights whilst in como away from the tourist bustle, it's great.

I loved the hospitality of the staff. Tess in particular was amazing - she organised social activities for the visitors and was very welcoming. Her events made the stay cheaper and easy to meet people which I loved.

Low budget hotel/hostel. We didn't expect too much. Cheap place to stay and sleep for one night. Free parking was positive.
