Lovely, quiet location, spotless rooms, delicious supper one evening reflecting traditional northern Quebec fare (extra price and has to be booked), as well as the very ample breakfasts if you pay a supplement to get a full meal rather than continental breakfast. Very relaxing stay for two nights.

We were done with our visit in Montreal and booked an accommodation close in nature. After the hectic city, we were greeted with this cozy 'auberge' that served amazing wine and food, whilst having an incredible view over the lake. The eight course diner and accompanying wines were perfectly combined. We booked 2 hours before arriving and were given a room with lake view. The room, with its amazing view, can only be described as luxurious. Would definitely recommend this experience to everybody.

    This motel is run by an amazingly friendly Indian family who went above and beyond to take care of us. They cooked hot dinner as we were there on Christmas night and all restaurants were closed in the city. They treated us like family
