Firstly very friendly staff at reception, the restaurant, bar. The room was exactly as described and was beautiful. Lots of little extras such as chocolates, biscuits. Hairdressers, an iron etc. East parking out front.

They didn't do breakfast but the evening meal made up for it. Joanne went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Nothing was to much trouble. The staff were fantastic and the room's were spotless and very comfortable. We loved it.

Lovely atmostphere, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The chalets were lovely, as a nurse I loved that they were ‘disabled friendly’. Also loved the ‘pet friendly’ vibe.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating after finding out our van broke down. They took care of us more than I ever expected. They were just kind, lovely people. We will be back!
