The beds were so comfy, we fell asleep so quickly. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice to order and was well stocked for the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the grounds, the building was beautiful, had plenty of parking and it was only a short drive to windermere

The breakfast was fabulous, the rooms were incredible comfortable and the nature around the hotel is wonderful. We have a small dog, and had a great walk in the morning before breakfast. Also the dinner was perfect after a long day of walking and exploring. You could warm yourself next to the woodfire, with a refreshing cider and a happy and tired dog at your feet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Inn, spacious room, massive bed, pet friendly and they've even got good looking food for dogs selling at the reception. A lot of amazing walks and hikes around, as well as beautiful views on the way to the inn. The stuff is very friendly and provide quick and kind service.
