Everything was great. The staff were very friendly. Thanks to Ali, who welcomed us greatly in the reception. And great great and special thanks to Othman who served us great dinner & lunch at the restaurant. He was really amazing and very welcoming. If we will come again and visit the resort, it will be because of Othman.

Nice small room, didn't have bathrobes and slippers at the beginning, but friendly personal helped us with that. Special thanks to Mr. Wilson who helped us with our baggage

Clean, cozy and comfortable room. Nice restaurant where we had buffet dinner - good selection of dishes, all deliciously prepared. Small but nice gym. There were too many people in the swimming pool so we didn’t use it but it looks clean and nice. Helpful staff. Nothing to complain about :)

The hotel entrance, room and corridors are nice and clean. The room is having very comfortable furniture and other items. Washrooms are clean. I have taken half board (breakfast and dinner) and enjoyed a lot as there were many varieties in the breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff was very nice courteous and attentive especially Christian, Asha, Sanju, Alvito, Azim, Surya, Subrat, Richard and Indika.

Compare to other hotels in same area , Premier inn is worst ! I didn’t like how staff deal with the visitors especially Mr Rizwan he can not deal propery with visitor ! & need to be counselled . I didn’t like the service , they don’t change the towels or the soap in the bathroom . And sometimes you keep calling for this service & no body response !!!

Very less variety in dinner and the staff was less attentive.

We loved beginning to end. They made us feel in a honeymoon ( although it was jut an staycation). From reception to restaurants and spa all the employees were as nice as you can get. Place is really beautiful.

Central location Nice pool and beach area. Excellent gym. Good choice of food, both at breakfast and dinner. Outside bar was nice - different choice of seating - bar stools, at a table, or sofas. Staff in the Tavern were very attentive and efficient.
