The sauna, the view magnificent. The food was delicious - dinner and breakfast. Hosts are SO accomodating. A little note that we are from Australia, and don’t speak German but it didn’t matter as everyone was so lovely and accomodating (and Google translate helps). 100% recommend if you are wanting to stay in the area.

Train Station Lermoos is 36 km from Gästehaus Mayer. Innsbruck Airport is 31 km from the property. Barbara the host was simply amazing and welcomed us into her home. Everything was great!

Located in the centre of Ötz, Gasthof zum Stern is a traditional Tyrolean inn with historic frescoes, the oldest of which dates from 1573. The Hochoetz Ski Area is 400 metres away.

The traditionally furnished rooms offer mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony. Absolutely fabulous building dating back from the Middle Ages. The newly renovated shed is now the spa is equally fabulous. I had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the fantastic host, Georg. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home, always available to assist with anything I needed. His warmth and hospitality made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
