All rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. The property was kept clean and was a nice refuge after a long day of hiking. Our room was also comfortable owing to a ventilation system that actively dehumidified the bathroom — a nice touch during the summer months! As far as the service, all the staff at Ursprung were very nice and excited to see us. Our breakfast was excellent and personalized, and the hotel manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The rooms include a wardrobe. A very friendly and attentive hosting. The room was in a typical simple, but comfortable mountain style. The bathroom also really big and comfortable. Everything tidy and clean. The beds a little bit too too weak, but ok for a good sleep and the outside quiet. So all in all a really great place to stay for a couple of nights. We get a great breakfast in the morning with all you can wish for it. Fresh fruits. yoghurt, bred, fresh bakery panini, fresh mountain cheese variety, meat, ham, eggs, honey, jam, water, juice, chocolate, milk, tea and a wonderful cappuccino or something else...what you wish to have, it was served by the friendly stuff. Safe parking place near by the house. Don't miss to eat at the delicious restaurant directly in the house. It's really worth it!

The hosts actually came to pick us up with our luggage when we arrived on the bus! The apartment was bright, spacious, quiet, clean, and fully equipped. Excellent kitchen, great shower, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Our host provided great information on local hikes, museums, churches, and restaurants -- they even helped us by making dinner reservations and giving us a USB adapter when we left ours at home.

Stopped there on our way from Innsbruck to Zurich. Great location, family run hotel. Owner is extremely nice and friendly. Rooms are clean. Decent breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good. Room very spacious and with a view. nice bathroom with toiletries. Opening times very friendly. They have kids program, even though for our stay we did not attend.

Breakfast was more than ok and in line with expectations, although i like a fresh coffee but the Dallmayer and other coffee machine was close....also dinner in the evening was more than ok and a lot of variety in the menu and dessert. Also the wine offering/choice was more than ok, the big John was very nice but a little bit too expensive (am handling in wines so i think have some knowledge about that (can offer a cheaper one but even better (Italian wine)

Property was well located for Ski lifts, shops, restaurants and buses. Very comfortable apartment with everything we required, secure and complete with ski/boot storage room and underground car park. Oh, and fresh bread and pastries delivered daily ! This is beginning to sound like an advert, but a special mention must go to the host, Alex, for making sure that we had everything we needed.

Breakfast and dinner were super. Excellent variety in breakfast and dinner was superior. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Nice view from the infinity pool.

The food and location were fantastic. Staff at dinner were very accommodating and offered vegetarian options which were not on the menu, when asked for alternatives. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and clean. The hotel is very dog friendly.
