We had a small issue with one of the rooms , and the owner came down to help us at 11:30pm. One of the nicest people i've ever met.

Very welcoming owners in a small hotel providing an amazing breakfast. Copious amounts of food and a lot of variety, truly fantastic delicious home made products,. The view is amazing. On the First day we arrived, the owners proposed to make us dinner and it was also great and very affordable. They also gave us nice recommendations of places to visit around and restaurants. Depending on the time of the year you might get some algae but if you swim a bit further the sea is very clear.

They brought us bedside lamps and a second desk for work upon our request, that was really valuable. :) - A budget Apartment for a family or friends, with 2 bright and spacious separate rooms and 2 balconies. - Good location: supermarkets within 100 meters, excellent restaurants nearby, a 15-minute walk to the beginning of the Velika plaza, and a 10-minute drive to the main beach in Ulcinj.

The apartments are brand new, very comfortable and very well equipped. Stuff is extremely polite and helpful. Nice breakfast is included with a la cart option for lunch/dinner.

The property is beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and the views incredible. The private beach access is so nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff so accommodating and offered recommendations and made reservations for dinner both nights.

I dinned at Dulcinea last October to end my 2023 summer season and decided to open the 2024 summer season by staying here. Great location, amazing view, awesome food, and very welcoming hosts with a great sense of humor. Will come again, and who knows, maybe as a married couple this time (inside joke with the owner).

FOOD !!!! YOU CAN EAT LIKE LOCAL AT GUEST HOUSE VERA A very special breakfast and the dinner we order to do for us! All domestic and homemade food and drinks. ROSE JUICE was amazing. Very fresh and summery drink made by LIJE the women who host us to feel like we are in our home. Beautiful terrace. Rooms have all you need. LOCATION PERFECT. Green market in front of the house.
