Accommodation includes private bathroom, free WiFi on common areas and buffet breakfast is served daily. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very well situated close to centre but not in the noisy area. It had a historical quaintness and charm about it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They were available 24 hrs and there to help with early starts . They spoke good English and were always happy. The rooms and general area were kept spotlessly clean with coca tea and coffee available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast was served from early and delicious with lots of fresh variety. There was help available to organize tours and taxis as necessary. Over all I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

A very comfortable, quaint hotel with amazing staff. It was clean lots of hot water. The bed linens and pillows were very comfortable. Food was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Pisac.

My room was large and clean, the wi-fi worked nicely and there was lots of hot water at all times for a shower. The breakfast was fantastic with coffee, yoghurt, fruits and cereals, eggs and juice! The staff and the owners were the best I have met in South America. Elizabeth, Jose and Alejandro not only cooked a great breakfast but they were friendly, always ready to help and made a big difference in my enjoyment of my stay there. I would definitely stay there again!! Runa House is a very quiet place, it is easy to find and the rooms are far from the noisy streets of Cusco, I could not hear the busy traffic noises....
