At Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Great stay in a historical setting with great service and friendly staff. I was able to bring my toddler and not worry about keeping him busy. He loved all the activities and farm animals and came back home very exhausted. We loved how you could come and go to explore all that was offered, like the farm, trails, tours, etc. Could be a wonderful place for reunions. The restaurant and their service were very good, which as you know is very rare these days. The history of the buildings was fun to explore. Also, it was the perfect place for the family to hang out if you need to make a quick trip to Keeneland as it was an easy 20-minute drive.
