Kristina has converted an old house into a guest house with 3 units and a common kitchen. The outdoor areas are gorgeous. We were the only ones there, but I think they'd easily accommodate 2-3 different parties. Our room (#1) was large and comfortable and nicely decorated. Contrary to the listing there is in fact wifi. Staying in the old village is fascinating, but be warned: the drive in is steep and narrow! Loved our stay here. Make sure to walk out to the ruins to the north - the views are breathtaking!

Luxurious place . The Villa Was well serviced. Although my Company paid for it,from my experience the rate was reasonable compared to a few other high end resorts like in Malaysia or recently Croatia.

This place was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, even going out of their way to make the place more child-friendly, which was a huge help for us. Their positive vibe really gave us a great boost of energy to start the day. Plus, the apartment was spotless—super clean and tidy. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for an awesome stay!

A perfect blend of sea and nature. 🏖️ Outdoor Area & Pool The heated swimming pool with hydromassage is a standout feature, offering total relaxation at any time of day. The combination of the pool, the greenery, and the peaceful environment makes the outdoor space truly exceptional. 🛋️ Interior Comfort The living room is bright, spacious, and very comfortable — ideal for both families and groups. The air conditioning system is highly efficient throughout the entire property, ensuring a comfortable temperature in every room. 🍽️ Kitchen & Amenities The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a stovetop, dishwasher, and Delimano multicooker. There was a wide variety of premium dishes, glasses, and cutlery. A particularly thoughtful touch was the water dispenser with Lajthiza spring water and an extra reserve bottle.

everything fantastic. great location in a lovely quiet bay environment, with own pool and privat beach (beach beds set included). Crystal clear water, swimming shoes are recommended. very friendly and helpful service at reception and restaurant. Dinner menu a bit on fine dining side. more locale food just 100m walking. clean rooms , fantastic spa available and even underground parking. excellent breakfast. Himare city just 10 min away and 5 min to Himare castle (stunning views)

Lovely villa for a few days exploring Himarë. Hosts were lovely. Accomodation was great. Comfortable and well air conditioned. Beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The villa was perfect, the owner was a very communicative gentleman and available for everything. I went there with some Italian friends of mine, they were very satisfied, they were amazed. The villa was clean, space for many people to sleep, very interior beautiful and with a great view of the sea.BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL.
