This is the most beautiful place on Earth! This is a real paradise on planet Earth! I visited 122 countries and stayed in 1053 hotels and guest houses, but nowhere did I feel like such a welcome and respected guest! The quality and amount of attention, care and respect is simply more than necessary !!!! This is the highest level of care and attention! And the tips have nothing to do with it! This guest house is located in a non -residential area, in the wild, on the shore of a mountain river. Singing birds, calm, pure air and harmony make you rethink your entire life and open this world for yourself in a new way! From the center there are only a couple of kilometers, and you are already in the spotlight, care, respect and understanding! This is the upper class! The guest house is very simple and comfortable, but the attitude of the owner and staff to the guests make it high -class resort hotel in nature! Here you will feel very necessary, important, loved and respected! Aren is the owner with whom all your issues have been resolved even before their occurrence! He solves all the problems and helps in everything even when you have not reached him yet! Very interesting acquaintances with many guests from different countries and continents await you here! This is an unforgettable and very valuable experience of transformation! Great kitchen for the unimaginably low cost! I managed to try breakfast and dinner, but I am sure the dinner is also as tasty and healthy! I wish peace, goodness and prosperity to this house!

The staff’s dedication, the comfort of the accommodation, and the delightful homemade food all contributed to an extraordinary experience, even amidst unexpected challenges. Our stay coincided with a severe weather disaster on May 26, 2024, which caused the Debed River to flood and led to disruptions in electricity and gas. However, the hotel staff's resilience and commitment to our safety and comfort were truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to resolve all issues, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the circumstances. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the staff's culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they managed to prepare incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. This resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during the challenging times. Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in managing the emergency but also helped us find an alternative path to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support showcased the hotel's commitment to its guests. Despite the challenges posed by the natural disaster, the team at Dream Hotel turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and memorable experience. Thanks to their exceptional service and care, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Armenia without worry. We highly recommend Dream Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and serene getaway in Armenia. Fantastic view from the room, super quiet, super friendly owners

The property is beautifully presented. There is so much space and the hosts have thought of all of the little things like night lights and coffee. The host was excellent at communication and accommodated our last minute late arrival. It was such a peaceful town and property that we honestly wished we were staying longer! There are several tight hairpin bends on the way up from the main road so if you're driving on the other side of the road from normal, better to do it during the day. The views are definitley worth it though.
