Great hotel! Large room. We asked for a 3rd bed and after that , the room still have quite a lot space. The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, walk distance to everywhere and surrounded by a lot of great restarautant and coffee shops. Staff is nice and helpful. The bar in the top floor is also great and can have a good view from top.

We stayed in this two-bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it! It’s incredibly spacious, bright, and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The open balconies were a real highlight — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with city views. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, with shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a layover in Erevan. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. Sarkis will pick you up from the airport and bring you back. The drive is short and straightforward with no busy traffic. All safe and sound! Highly recommended!
