Very spacious and nice apartment. Own entrance from the pleasant garden. You feel like you are in your own home. Good location in the city. Very suitable for a longer stay as the apartment is well equipped. The host's family is very nice and helpful! Nearby: not far from the train station and the main street, where there are plenty of shops. The lake and beach are less than 3 km on foot or a short taxi ride away. The location offers possibilities for trips to Sevenavank and to the Writer's House, where it is nice to have a coffee on the terrace. Don't forget to have grilled fish from lake Sevan!

The staff was very accommodating. I had a baby and needed the kitchen fully functional to heat milk and prepare soft foods. The staff immediately arranged everything we requested. The room was neat and clean, and there was a children's play area outside where my child enjoyed their stay. I plan to return in April during the spring season.

A BIG THANK YOU to the staff for their hospitality. Starting from the reception, dining area and recommendations for Dilijan. At meals the staff were alert and ensured the plates were immediately cleared. It was a cold, rainy day when we arrived and the staff had kept the heaters running in our room so that is was cosy on arrival. The rooms were large, spacious and clean. The hotel is an absolute must visit
