Before we arrived the communication was exceptional and was very helpful. We were met at the gate by a very friendly Myriam. The facilities were great. Ideal location for airport. Complimentary breakfast.

The customer service was excellent. We arrived after an all night flight and they provided breakfast immediately upon arrival, as we would miss breakfast the following morning due to an early departure. Very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very appreciated, so we didn't have to arrange a taxi at 3am the next morning!

Gilda was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She was waiting at the door to meet our taxi (at 23:00!). The property had plenty of good facilities which we, unfortunately, did not have time to use as we had a very early flight next morning.

The pool. I was able to use it even in the dark, which is not always the case with other accommodations that have an outdoor pool. I was able to get the towels I needed for its usage. The room was extremely clean and spacious, with everything I needed for just one night.

The owner, Dan was very helping, he made evrything to make my stay smooth and comfortable. The flat was large and open, beautifully decorated with sunlights. Just amazing place. I just wanted stay in enjoying the place instaed of going out.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Guido and his dad have an exceptional place to stay with amazing rooms in a great location. It is a very new hotel and I couldn’t recommend it higher. I was staying as an English speaker only and Guido made sure that wasn’t a problem as he speaks great English. I would gladly stay here again as Guido and his father are amazing people and the place exceeds expectations. It truly feels like having your own apartment in Palermo at a great price.
