The house was absolutely stunning, and the welcoming basket filled with high-quality local products in the kitchen was such a thoughtful touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously designed with attention to detail. It was so much more than we expected. The walk down to the cottage was a delight and our Hosts Alen an Ayrna just topped of our stay. Plus it's the attention to detail that really makes this place so special. You also have plenty to do with in a short drive to keep you occupied if just relaxing in your cottage isn't enough to fill your time.

Everything about Pengelly’s Guest House was perfect - Kerry was very welcoming and has a beautiful guest house for you to stay in. It is a home away from home!

The location and setting of the Kookuburra Cottage was superb as we overlooked the pond and could watch all the birds - amazing view. Nice and handy to Maleny which was worth a visit in itself. Our hosts supplied us with a marvellous hamper which basically fed us for the two days we were there. The cottage was very spacious and well appointed. We literally wanted for nothing. Our accommodation far exceeded our expectation.
