Brand new, clean room, big kitchen with all utensils and cooking pots. New and excellent appliances. Only 20 minutes by car from the tennis courts and from the CBD. Great view of the park and city and very quiet. Easy private parking reachable from the elevator. Helped us with later check out with no charge.

Apartments are so spacious with comfortable furnishing. My favourite things are the fully equipped kitchen, beds and oversized towels. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and it's a wonderful place to stay when you want the same comforts as home.

    Great things: man at reception relaxed, friendly, keen to assist; the bed linen and towels were clean and quality products. The building is old but the room was clean and comfortable very good value. The bath room is old as are some of the cupboards but at the price you over look it. I liked that there were chairs outside for guest to sit and that windows could open for fresh air.

    I booked a spa room specifically due to the fact that I need a hot tub daily otherwise my spine seises. Unfortunately the hot water pipe burst which tho wasn’t the proprietors fault everything that followed - his inaction to rectify my situation, was.

    My favourite thing was the beautiful bathtub in the very clean and well equipped bathroom. The shower was exceptionally good too. The staff/hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very well equipped with everything you may have need and expect. Tastefully decorated. Very spacious room with seating and table. Accessible location.
