Private parking added to the convenience, and the B&B's location proved exceptionally practical, especially for my work conference in Awans – just a quick 10-minute drive away. To make things even better, there's a fantastic dining option within easy walking distance, and a delightful bakery is just around the corner. The owner's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. Despite my late arrival, she displayed remarkable understanding and waited up for me. What truly sets this B&B apart is its unparalleled tranquility. In a world where background noise is often a constant, the peacefulness here was a pleasant surprise. Perfect location for a group of friends or family. In the beautiful gardens there is enough space for playing outdoor games. Lots of spots for sitting together in a group, outside or inside. Equipment for bbq and building a fire is available. The play room with table football, darts and many other games is a plus. Last but not least, the host was very friendly, flexible and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are very spacious with a large comfortable bed. The hosts really make you feel welcome. The breakfast service was exceptional and a reason to come back!

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the terrace. Waking up surrounded by greenery and tranquility felt like the perfect escape. We loved the peaceful area, and the owners were very kind. Sandra even gave us suggestions for nearby places to visit. At Boerderaaj they offered two breakfast options, and we went with the simple one. It was still generous in quantity and everything was fresh.
