Location is in a a beautiful little village outside veliko turnovo, staff were very attentive and the breakfast was amazing, beds are very comfortable. And the hotel ground are good to walk around first thing in the morning along with the local village, lots to see with a lot of history.

Spacious and clean room with a bathtub. Many restaurants in the area. Staff resolved very fast some issues that I have encountered so eventually my stay was good. It was 1st of May during the holidays and my neighbours been behaving very loud. Within 15 min i received other room in the other building where it was very quiet.

This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

    The location and the view were good. Room and bathroom/toilet were spacious. There was an elevator. Receptionists were polite. There was an underground parking, but the parking spots were limited. Another parking option was outside the hotel - on the street.

    Amazing location away from veliko tarnovo, with a mountain view. Nice spa with steam bath and pools, for sauna you have to pay extra. Our hotel experience was really peaceful and nice.
